Kimball's in Westford and Carlisle Massachusetts has had it in the fall!. I'm not sure if they make it every year!. They also do a gingersnap molasses ice cream that tastes exactly the same, so maybe they changed the name so people unfamiliar with Indian pudding know what it is!. You might find some ice cream places making a similar flavor but call it something different!. I'd look for molasses, gingersnap, gingerbread and hermit flavors!. It's really the molasses and ginger that make Indian pudding what it is!.!.!.!.
