No not really, i never really eat the skin on fried chicken usually i take it off!. Unless its thin, crispy, and not greasy!. Im a very picky eater (and by picky i mean i don't even eat pizza)!. So that might be the only reason why i usually take off the skin!. But im glad i don't eat the skin usually it greasy and unhealthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely! Why would you get fried chicken if you were just going to rip the skin right off! That takes the fried right out of it! If anybody were to do this, they should get GRILLED instead!.

Next time you are frying chicken!.!.!.take a close look at the skin!. Chances are, you will see that not quite all of the feathers have been plucked!. This turned me off skin forever!. *nods*Www@FoodAQ@Com
