I completely know where you are coming from!. I am as well recovering, and it is a challenge everyday!. are you active!? if so, you are going to need more food than that!. Even if you are not active, that is only 300 calories, and you are at risk for having a heart attack!.
here's what i have on a daily basis (well, not the same thing everyday)
breakfast: smoothie with soy yogurt or ice cream
protein powder and low fat milk, and some fruit of your choice!.
lunch: natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread, not multi grain, whole wheat!. with frozen fruit
dinner: tuna or a veggie burger or a protein source on a whole wheat pita with hummus!. fruit salad, a chocolate rice cake, a green salad, and pickle!. also i drink a tom of water!.
I am very active and i run like 7 miles a day, so i need a lot of filling food, with a ton of water and protein!. You need more than 300 calories, even to keep your body in function!. A light and fit yogurt is not a good lunch!. In fact, that is not even healthy by itself!. I would add a fruit and a whole grain to that!. and for the breakfast, a whole smoothie with perhaps lowfat fruit yogurt, and a fruit, and some protein powder and ice would be good!. And dinner shouldn't be just 100 calories, it shoul be a lean protein, like even a little chicken or fish!. alot of veggies, and brown rice!.!.!. try it and you will have more energy!. Just stop when you're full, satisfied!. You need nourishment after starving your body so long, and up your intake gradually!. Good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay, first of all there's one problem!. All are relatively healthy, but 1 & 3 are a little carb heavy with all that fruit the V8 fusion (fruit juice in it, smoothie with the fat free yogurt, which I would assume also has fruit in it!.
I also don't know the exact ingredients of your "health nut bread"!. It may be a multi-grain type of bread, but some multi-grains have "wheat flour" or "enriched flour" as the first (main) ingredient!.!.!. which would mean the main ingredient is white flour!.
I would suggest you do incorporate a whole grain into each selection, and eliminate a fruit product!.
Neither choice is a complete enough breakfast, but all have some healthy choices!.
Balance proteins, fiber and carbs if you can!. Even if you're a vegetarian, there are certainly ways to incorporate a protein!. Proteins should always be included with grain products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruit juices have a lot of sugar in them, try drinking water instead and eating your fruit!. also, the fat-free frozen yogurt has loads of sugar as well!. Try modifying them this way:
1!. Smoothie made with low-fat, sugar-free plain or vanilla yogurt (not frozen), frozen fruit and a little skim or soy milk!.
2!. Scrambled eggbeaters, or egg whites on a whole grain piece of toast!.
3!. True whole grain toast with your sugar free jam, and a glass of skim or soy milk!.
The key is to not be weighted too heavy on the carb or protein side!. Balance the two!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Based on your other meals, I think you should go with the third meal because it has fruit and some carbs(which you need for energy) Although, all three meals are healthy so it would be okay if you wanted to rotate them every now and then!.Good luck with recovering, keep up the good work:dWww@FoodAQ@Com
All are good, why not rotate so you don't get tired of the same thing!? But with #1 I would add in a bowl of oatmeal or whole grain cereal!. Anything high in fiber is good with breakfast as it will keep you feeling full longer!.
And add in some fresh fruit with all of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
