I've had a fruit parfeit and fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast

I started my day (sigh) with two no bake cookies!. I worked-out for over an hour and then ate three pieces of pizza and then had two more no bake cookies!.
I had two bottles of water and a glass of Coke!.
