Answers:
To freeze runner beans, cut off the top and tail, then cut into short pieces!. Blanch them in boiling for two minutes, drain them, then pack into airtight bags in meal sized portions and store them in your freezer for up to a year!.

Every one says to blanch your beans first but I never do!. I just slice them into a bag and then freeze them Done this way they do not freeze into one big clump and you can remove as many or as little as you like!. Just the same as the ones that you would buy in a supermarket freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Prepare them normally, then blanch them for a minute, plunge into cold water, drain and then pack in usable sized portions for freezing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like to eat them raw!. Yum yum!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
