I'm going to be the oddball here!.!.!.
I like simple names so my choice would be Steamers Coffee!.

Being in Seattle, many of the coffee shops have Joe, Java, Cup and Bean in their name!. It just ain't unique!. Steamers is unique!.

also, if you think about the successful coffee shops!.!.!.
Starbucks and Tully's!. They don't have Joe, Java, Bean or Cup in their name!.

No matter what name you pick!.!.!. the key to success is Location, Location, Location!
