The best food to eat would be some broth - or chicken noodle soup- lots of fluids espicially the clear ones like- cranberry- apple- even some gatorade or sprite!. You need to eat lite meals nothing heavy and nothing with milk or milk products due to congestion!. Jello is also good!. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best: soup that has a lot of broth!. it increased fluid intake and homemade is much better than "box" Homemade chicken soup with veggies, has more vitals than box!.

Worst: I would say salty foods, and hard to digest foods (meats corn) I wouldn't drink milk either, since it does curdle in your stomach!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ok the best thing to eat would be smitha it is semolina and fennel seeds cooked in water over the stove for 15 minutes on high it will make u feel good!.!.!. if not that anything that is hot sorry bout ur cold in the summerWww@FoodAQ@Com
