Answers:
A cup or two of coffee is fine!.!.!.!.even for an athlete!. Just watch how much caffeine you take in each day!. Like I wouldn't drink 2 cups of coffee if you also feel like you need two cans of soda each afternoon!. Then I would suggest one coffee in the morning and one soda in the afternoon!. Just consume caffeine in moderation!.!.!.same as anything else in life!.!.!.keep it moderate!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whether or not coffee is good for you keeps going back and forth!. Black coffee with milk has benefits they say, then they come back and say oh but it's bad 'cause of this!. Either way, it's much better than cola!. Not only does cola have extra sugars, but it's more acidic than coffee and dehydrates you more than anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like most drinks moderation is the key!. Coffee in small amounts has been shown to have health benefits!. As long that is all the caffeine you have on a daily basis you will be golden!. Any soda what so ever is bad! Unless you have the kind that is all natural no added sugars or caffeine such as Izzy's !. Www@FoodAQ@Com

YES ITS BAD!. coffee makes your bones weak! if you want to be an athlete you need to be strong!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
