What are the most filling breakfast foods?!
Ok so since my school lunch is so nasty (and not even that filling), I've decided to just skip it and eat a really healthy & filling breakfast that'll last the whole school day!. Any ideas!? Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I guess you could get a big omelette, maybe breakfast sausages since bacon is fatty!. You might wanna drink a big big glass of milk because dairy products can make you full (but also bloated!.!.!.)!. But you really shouldn't skip lunch (I'm not saying you would be anorexic if you did); bring something to school if you can!. You can still eat a big breakfast but I suggest you just bring something small for "lunch"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Perhaps a little boring, however, some whole oatmeal (not the quick oats), an egg!.!.!. or you can put the egg into the oatmeal along with the water (and milk if you want) before cooking!. And, some fruit or fruit juice!.
Now!.!.!. it's really nto good for you to go the entire school day without eating!.!.!. So, take along some healthy snacks too!. Vegis, some healthy crackers (rye, oat), and/or some fruit!. Then every two or so hours just have a little bit!.!.!. it's better for your blood sugar!.

That's a smart idea!. I might try that for my school day too!. Anything with carb in it will fill you up for a very long time!. Try eating lots of carbs along with fruits to give you energy and dairy for your bones and vitamins!.

How about a whole box of Special K cereal, 1 quart of milk, 3 bananas, 16 ozs!. O!.J!., and a large Hershey bar as a mid-morning booster snack ( dark chocolate, of course)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
