Question: If I substitute Sugar for Stevia, will there be taste/texture difference in the food I'm baking!?
How much Stevia should substituted for sugar!?

I'm not sure on the Stevia, you might look on the box!. I do know that it is much, much sweeter than sugar so you should use a lot less!. I've used natural sugars (like honey, maple syrup) instead of refined sugar in the past!. I have written a blog on the subject, and in the blog is a link to SUBSTITUTION measurements when using natural sweeteners rather than sugar!.
