Answers:
They use propane as the propellant!. Here's how it works!

When the can is sitting on the shelf there is liquid propane sitting in the bottom of the can and vapour above it mixed with the other ingredients!.

When you push the button on the top of the can, you lower the pressure in the container!. The liquid propane boils quite rapidly!. This causes it to change state from a liquid to a vapour!. When propane does that, it expands 277 times! That vapour has to go somewhere, so it flows out of the container taking the ingredients with it!.

It is quite common in a lot of aerosol products to use propane!. It doesn't smell like the propane you use on your BBQ because it is non-odorized!. We add Ethyl Mercaptan to propane to give it that pungent odour!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if it wasn't good then i don't think they would be selling it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
