First thing that came to mind was fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, home-made pie!. Stuff like that!. Corn bread, stew, rice and beans, fresh watermelon!. Part of my family is from the south, so that reflects in my opinion of what I would call down home cooking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
