Hungry but dont know what to eat?!
im really hungry but cant think what to eat, been trying to think of loads of things but nothing jumps out as being a good idea, nothin!. Never felt like this before dont know what to do, should i eat somethin just to eat somethin or what!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Firstly - drink a pint of water!.
Give it about 10 mins and then see if you are still hungry!.
If you are - make yourself a peanut butter sandwich with big thick slices of fresh white bread!.

eat fruit! watermelon, cantaloupe, pear, strawberries, banana, orange, blueberries!.!.
how about steak!? with a baked potato, corn on the cob, some veggies!.!.
or chicken!.!.
maybe just a plain old cheeseburger!.!. or you could go get tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, taquitos, enchiladas, nachos,

When I'm feeling hungry and dunno what to eat, I'll usually snack on stuff I can find around the kitchen!. If I'm feeling like having a good day (food wise) then I'll just grab and apple!. Apple's only seem to fill me up for about 10 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have something filling, like fiber!. :) A bowl of Fiber One cereal, of course, with low-fat milk always holds me over for a long time!.
