Question: Okay,so what foods leave you full ,healthy, and high in energy!?!?
I'm in school now and so I don't want something that makes me sleepy later and something that will make my stomach growl in class(happened many times last year)!.I also am trying to eat only healthy foods so I could lose weight and be healthy!.So what kind of foods leave you full, healthy, and high in energy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lean protein such as skinless chicken breast; turkey breast; eggs; veal; salmon; tuna; sardines; halibut; mackerel; tilapia; (fish also rich in Omega 3 oils!.!.!.good for your brain); fat free yogurt; lite soy cheese; low fat cottage cheese; skim milk; etc!.

also fiber: whole grains keep you full & satiated for a long time!. Bran, oatmeal,rye, low fat crackers!.

PROTEIN leaves you full, gives you energy and is healthy!. Anything will sugar will give you an immediate rush, but you'll crash later and feel more tired than before!. Protein raises your metabolism gradually, and keeps it at an even keel!. (some are suggesting apples, but that's just the natural sugar that gives you the quick boost of energy)!. Eat some cheese or a hard-boiled egg in the morning, with some fruit & cereal or toast !.!.!.!.!. Take little baggies of dry-roasted nuts and dried fruit to school to snack on during the day!. Or bring string cheese, Laughing Cow cheeses, or those little round ones in the red wax!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A chef salad contains everything in your 4 basic food groups except bread - unless you add croutons!.
Salads leave you feeling full but not uncomfortable or heavy!. and it seems to keep your nutrition levels up so you feel more energetic!.!.!.!.it doesn't take alot of extra energy to break it down!.
Green grapes and white cheese is delicious together and is a healthy snack or light meal such as a brunch!.

fantasyfruit, pretend peas!. High in energy that you don't expend is the same as saying fattening!. baby carrots and celery are usually my snacks of choice if KFC extra crispy isn't immediately available!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
