What is the best way to curve sweet tooth cravings?!
i'm constantly going towards the chocolate, cookies, etc!. and i really wanna curve my cravings and eat healthier!. not for the sake of losing pounds but of feeling better and not constantly craving!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ah, you need to break your "sweet cycle"!.!.!.this is hard, but doable!.
You need to simply substitute something with much less sugar for the sweet when you crave it!. A piece of fruit usually works for me, not a glass of juice, because it's gone too quickly!. Try eating an apple or a banana instead!. This won't feel right at first, changing habits never feels right, that's why it's a habit!. After a couple to a few weeks, whatever you sub for your normal "sweet" will become the new habit!.!.!.and that will be what feels right!.

The best way to stop yourself eating unhealthy foods is to NOT HAVE ANY AT HOME !! If you are not living alone or don't do the family shopping, ask your family to LOCK UP their sweet stuff or hide it away from you!. As for the replacement, I'd suggest fresh fruit of any kind you like and feel comfortable to eat!. If you want to save money, buy a high class jar of jam in your favorite fruit and flavor, mix a tablespoon of it with yogurt, add sweetener if you like - and PRESTO is a delicious and healthy desert!. Out of season you can also do this with DEEP FROZEN berries - and make a pudding surrounded by the defrosted berries topped with sweetener for a change (instead of the yogurt)!. I'm suggesting this specially because if you are like my son - he's often too lazy to shop for fresh fruits!.!.!.!

I know how you feel, the secret there is drink alot of water because it makes you full and cleanses the body from toxins!.
also do not be left unoccupied and if you are not doing anything stay away from the kitchen because you can eat more food when your bored than a primary meal that is required (breakfast, lunch, dinner)!.

Instead of resisting the cravings just eat without feeling guilty eventually they will all become just another snack you pass at the supermarket adn occasionally have!.

i brush my teeth several times a day!. i find that sweet things taste extremely bitter with the leftover taste of mint toothpaste in my mouth, so i don't eat as much anymore :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
