Question: What is something healthy to eat on the run!?
school starts Monday and I have to be there by 9 am!. I have to leave at about 7:30 so I can find my class and buy my book!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go with a NutriGrain granola bar or some granola cereal!. It gives you protein that you need to stay focused and it really helps if you drink some apple juice or have an apple with it because apples are natural sources of energy that will help you stay focused on those early mornings also!.
