Whats a good thing to eat for breakfast for someone like me?!
i have the latest lunch and school starts tomorrow
-i dont like breakfast food(no bagels, cereal, toast, eggs, etc)
-i get light headed with some foods
-no junk or unhealthy things please

eat some yogurt and put strawberries or blueberries in it!. it's very healthy and can help you lose weight!.
i hate really unhealthy things for breakfast as well!. like poptarts and sugary cereal!.

You could make a healthy sub sandwich on healthy bread!. Turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce & tomato with a little mayo or mustard!. Lots of good protein and if you use a dark bread, less carbs!. Have a glass of milk with it and a piece of fruit and it should hold you until lunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
why don't you try eating garlic fried rice or clubhouse sandwich (with veggies in it) in the morning!? You'll find out that you'll be energetic the whole day!. You won't be sleepy at class and you'll think best at school!. Make a plan meal throughout the week and see what it can help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
How about stir fry!? When I have more time in the mornings I usually make a stir fry with veggies, cashews and mushrooms, and a baked sweet potato on the side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
