Question: What foods/drinks can bloat your stomach!?
im trying to stay away from them!.
so far im off sodas and fries!.

This depends on your anatomy!.Naturally carbonated foods can!.But if your lactose intolerant,then milk and dairy can!.Again if you have a gluten problem,then bread,flour products can!.If it's a case of you eating too quickly, then most foods give you this problem!. Plus of course smoking and alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A lot will depend on your body chemistry and metabolism!. Fruits, vegetables and legumes in general - but you need these for a healthy diet!. Carbonated beverages can be bloaty, too!.

Get some Beano tablets!. They're at grocery and drug stores!. They work great for me!. You just can't leave out everything that might bloat you and be healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

everyone is so different what does it for one might not do it for another!. my idea is to try and narrow it down!. if you get bloated try and find what did it or what combination of things do it!. sodas and fries dont bloat me!.!.!.im always eating and drinking :)!. i can definitely tell you budweiser does not bloat at all!. and this is from drinking experience!.
