Albacore is a tuna!. Fish generally eat other fish, so the larger the fish, the better chance it has mercury from the fish it ate!. Mercury is a poisonous metal that get absorbed directly (even from touch) into the body and is known for causing brain damage in children!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
