Tips for plating decoration?!
ok so i'm currently attending a culinary school and its tough
they have showed me so many thing but i still got some problems with decorating it!.
what i mostly do is just put some herbs and stuff :D
even though i get OK's on my chefs i wanna know if u people have some tips or something!.

Get a little book (they sometimes come with tools) for making vegetable & fruit garnishes: radish roses, carrot curls, tomato flowers, onion chrysanthemums, apple birds, etc!. !.!.!.!.!.!. Make sure that you have a variety of colors and textures on a plate (not a plain chicken breast with cauliflower and mashed potatoes, which would be all white)!. Artfully place some of the items overlapping others!. Use edible real flowers as garnishes (make sure they're pesticide free): nasturtiums, violets, pansies, geraniums, roses, are good ones Www@FoodAQ@Com
