you can do it a number of ways - you can quit cold turkey, or (as i think more fair/reasonable/realistic) gradually reduce your intake and ween yourself off atleast to a more realistic level of consumption!. a really good way to combat your problem (and please your dentist at the same time!) is to brush your teeth every time you get a craving, or atleast when you feel "I've had my fill for the day"!. the taste of the mint will reduce (and maybe even get rid of altogether) your desire to eat sugary foods, no one likes eating nice things after brushing their teeth - it ruins the flavour!.
another way around it, of course (as there is such a thing as "over-brushing") is to replace the kind of sugar you consume - there is plenty of sugar in fruit, so next time your ackin for some sweets, grab an apple and you will probably be surprised to find that the sugar from the apple will suffice however, as i've said, you are still young and i advise you enjoy the things you like whilst you can still get away with it - just remember that moderation is the key =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well you could start by going to the store half as often and buying half as much sugar and cut your intake in half every week!.

With the dentist problem just brush your teeth with super whitening toothpaste as SOON as your done eating your sugar thing lol!.

If you like sugar so much eventually its gonna catch up with you and your gonna have skin problems and a weight issue!.

Try what i said by cutting your intake in half and don't gorge yourself okay!? Just eat enough to satisfy your craving but don't go overboard!.

Hope i helps :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

Most sugars, and all sugar in candy is made from the crushed bone of an animal!. Most sugar of today is processed through a charcoal filter, and if your not retarded you know what charcoal consists of!. Charcoal is made from the crushed bone of animals and if sugar is processed through that then the bone will be transferred!. When your eating a sugary substance remember your eating the bones of an animal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I decided to do something about my sugar addiction ( sodas mainly ) I quit cold turkey!. It was rough for about a week, but then I actually didn't crave them anymore and felt a LOT better!. However, it sounds like you may consume more of a sugary diet than I did, so you may want to taper your intake gradually!. You are only 15 and you may not feel it is a serious matter, but it could become one!. Diabetes is not fun!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

it depends on you, put your health in front of your eyes and see how is this addiction hurt you and your health!? now and in the future!. is it enough to tell you that cancer cells feed on sugar to grow!. I don't want to scare you but even if you see that you have no weight problem now sooner or later you'll have a weight problem, just take care of what you put in your mouth specially fats and sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

LOL, funny thing is I am a total Chocoholic!! I have so much chocolate hidden with in my house its crazy!! But what i do is limit how much I let myself have!. it's more of a making a effort to not eat as much than anything else, and eatign enough of the good stuf to make up for all the junk stuff!. Trust me I know!Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's no stopping it, you can just change the form of sugar you eat, like switching to fruits, juices, etc!. to satisfy your cravings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you can get through the first three days, you wont have a hard time resisting it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
