In a word, yes!. There is no need in drinking 8 full glasses of water everyday!. You also get water from food such as fruits and vegetables!. Of course, anything low in sugar will be better for your body than drinking soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A lot of people say YES but "technically" a low carber should drink only water!.

Trust me - I drink tea instead of water!!

No, because of the caffeine in the tea the body does not process the tea as it does pure water!. In fact, caffeine slightly adds to your bodies dehydration!.

Yes, if you're talking about it from a kidney standpoint!. My boss had to be on dialysis three times a week and any liquid she consumed, including ice, counted toward her liquid intake for the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
