Can I get away with eating breakfast?!
I'm never hungry in the morning!. In fact I usually feel a bit queazy and the last thing I want to do is eat!. All I want is coffee and a shower and yet all the nutritionalists say I should put food in my stomach!. Do I really have to choke down a bowl of porridge at 7:30am every day!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

So what you ACTUALLY mean to say in your question is "Can I get away WITHOUT eating breakfast" - and the answer is YES!. The only times I EVER have a breakfast is when I'm away on holiday, and I see no reason to force-feed yourself because all the so-called experts say you should!. Your body will soon let you know if and when you need food, and that's the time you'll ENJOY eating it too - not because of what the clock tells you ! ! !Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a half pint glass of milk!. I`ve recently been trying organic milk for the first time!. It`s high in protein and supposedly full of essential fatty acids!.

breakfast is extremley important meal of the day as when you sleep your metabolism slowes right down therefore you dont burn food off you body is in a state of repaie even when your awake when you eat breakfast your metabolism gets a kick start aiding weight loss, also you feel less hungry later and are less likely to snack also it makes you more awake, in morning where i cant be bothered with porridge etc i have a cuppa 3 hognobs and 2 fruit, though 2 hours later when at uni i have a second breakfast of something healthier even if its a fruit saladWww@FoodAQ@Com
if the thing your worryed about is putting on weight and that's why your not feeling like eating breakfast then don't worry because it actually speeds up your metabolism so you bern calories faster then not eating!.!. but its your own decision if you want to be healthy but i usually don't wat much four breakfast as I'm never full try having a peach or something like me :D:DWww@FoodAQ@Com
damn breakfast is the meal i look forward to the most!. eat or drink something light like a smoothie and toast!. i usually have eggs and toast one day, porridge the next, then toast with pb and j other days!. i have fruit and coffee with those every morning!. breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you really shouldn't skip it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
maybe your eating too late or heavy dinner!. at least have a slice of bread, yogurt or banana theyre light!. if your porridge, is oatmeal, you dont need the whole seving size of half a cup dry, you can make it a quarter cup dry its not much at allWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try having a smoothie instead!.
Its fresh fruit and is good for you, but you dont have to eat!.
Just drink!

im the same, i hate breakfast!.!.!. you could maybe have cereal or porridge as kinda elevenses cuz that'll be a while after ur coffee and stuff but still the start of your eating day!.!.!. so u'd still be breaking the fast with nutritional food!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
