Would this be a good 1 year anniversary dinner?!

Question: Would this be a good 1 year anniversary dinner!?
I was planning on making some salad, brushcetta con pomodori as an appetizer and side, fettuccinne alfredo with shrimp and maybe scallops and some asparagus as a side to that, cheesecake and decaf coffee for desert!. What could I do to make it better!? Is it missing anything!? Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
