caffiene sodas Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
NO soda is good for you!. It either has way too much sugar, or artificial sweeteners with links to cancer!. In addition, the carbonation itself is bad for your organs!. No one should drink more than 2 cans of soda per day; and less (or none) is obviously betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

in general, sodas aren't that good for you in the first place (i say as i down a coke)!. i tend to be suspicious of news stories especially when it pertains to health and medicine!.!.!.for the most part these are just sensational headlines!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything in excess can kill you, as for caffeine free pop, its not all that much better for you, still has the carbonic acid and still rots your teeth, still has lots of sugar (or random chemicals to sweeten it)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soda has about i teaspoon of sugar per ounce!. A 16 oz coke has 16 teaspoons of sugar!.
