it is unfortunitially 100% pure beef or else they could be done for false advertising!. however beef=cow, and there is allot of bits on a cow you dont really want to eat! its called offal!. basicially its all the left overs from when they make steak, ribs etc!. its pretty much intestines and organs, brains, fat and any other left overs they cant sell as 'primal cuts' of beef (aka sirloin steak)!. have you ever noticed the little white bits in your beef patty!? ever wondered what they are!? well if you like to eat the pattys then i wouldent ask if i where you!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
