Healthy things to eat for lunch?!
Im going to start school on 3rd of sept!. so can someone please tell me what i should bring for my lunch!?

Sandwiches with a small amt of protein (for muscles) and lettuce!.!.!.tomato you will have to pack separate and add because it will make your bread soggy!.
Use brown bread!.!.!.!.for more veggies carrot or celery sticks!.
Take a fruit too (apple, orange, pear, grapes, plums)
to change it up!.!.!.on some days take Special K or Cheerios, buy milk at school and take your fruit!. It is a light lunch that I take to work some days!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

pack a baggie with fruit!. (cantalope, grapes, strawberries,) fruit has a ton of fiber in it and will fill you up fast!. Pack light yoplait yougurt!. it tastes like the real thing only it's only 100 calories per container!. Bring a ham or turkey sandwhich with lettuce, light mayo, and tomatoes on whole wheat bread!. you could also bring celery with peanut butter, and a bag a whole grain lays chips!.
But one lunch that would be really good is to get subway sandwhiches they fill you up and are really healthy!. don't try to diet, otherwise you will loose a ton of weight and than get really hungry one day and just start eating for weeks!. (been there done that lol)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Basically, you could make brown bread sandwiches cause brown bread is good for you!. Cheese is a little bit fattening so don't dab on too much but a little bit won't hurt!. Then you can add tomatoes or lettuce or whatever!. If not you can use pretty much anything in your sandwich the exception of really fattening stuff like nutella or PB&J!.
