Hi, i was just wondering?!
Hey, does anyone remember the name of this cake which most primary/high schools used to sell, they were like thin little squares/rectangles and they had chocolate on top and at the bottom was this layer of some sort of crummy stuff and maybe currents or raisins, i think the crum things were a bit stickyish!

I remember something similar!. I think you make it with crushed digestive biscuits, melt some chocolate with some golden syrup and stir in the biscuit crumbs and add currants or raisins to the mix!. Put it in a tray and leave in the fridge to set for a while!. Then add more melted chocolate on top and leave to set again!. This is just a guess and I don't have a recipe but it is what is generally known as a 'tray-bake'!. Try looking up some tray bake recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Is it not caramel shortcake!. Yum if its not thats a good one anyway Www@FoodAQ@Com
