Answers:
Yes, it's very commercial but not as processed as laughing cow!.
Laughing cow however is alot more down to Earth price wise, while Port Salut is way way overpriced for what your getting!.
Smart!. Avoid it!.
It's nothing great!.
A few years ago it was $6!.99 a pound, look at it now!.
It's the same price as an artisan cheese and it's no where near!.( Not even close) in quality!.
It's about the same price as a 3 year old Parmigiano Reggiano! How can this be!?
Another rip off is Gourmandaise( Kirsh or Walnut) what a rip !.
Cambozola( Germany) another rip made by Champignon!.
Lot's to avoid!.
Lot's to savor!.
