Answers:
yup, that's not bad!. I honestly try to avoid the low fat, light, or fat free crap!. I personally don't think it's good for you, and there's a lot of rumors out there (some substantiated) that they will actually make you fatter than the regular stuff!. It's not worth it!.

Stick with Mustards, Oregano, Pepper, Vinaigrette's if you wanna add some more flavor without spiking the calories!. also pickles, bananna peppers, olives, and onions can help add some flavor too!. also, they make flavored turkey breasts (musquite, smoked, buffalo, etc)

Other lunch meats that can be healthy:
Chicken
Roast Beef
HamWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's very healthy!. Like the person above me, you could use low-calorie mayo!. Or, you can use mustard!. You could add pickle slices or onions to your sandwich!. However, this is YOUR sandwich!. By the looks of your list, it's healthy!. Hope I helped!. :]

Yes- that is a very healthy sandwich, you have some protien and nice veggies in there, along with grains from the whole wheat bread! Nice Job! If you want mayo though, try the low fat version!. Lower calories and fat! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You use so little it doesn't matter, you would have to eat it by tha table spoon for it to adversely affect your weight!.
Next time buy lite!.
I would enjoy to eat as is, or with some chow chow pickles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
