Actually its the whites that have all the protein!. The yolks on the other hand are almost all fat, and one egg yolk contains 71% of your cholesterol for a day!. So eat all the egg whites you want, they're almost the perfect food nutrition wise, but you may want to limit your yolk intake if you're on a diet or watching your cholesterol!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eggs are excellent sources of protein (especially the yolks), although they are high in cholesterol!. You should really limit yourself to no more than 6 per week, unless you have a cholesterol problem - then no more than 2 per week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
