How much water should I drink ?!
water is good for you for a umer of reasons!. its good for weight loss and good skin!. Iwas wondering what else is it good for and how much should I drink a day to get glowing skin and to speed up my metabolism or whatever it does :) thanks !Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had a lap band surgery in October of last year and have had a problem forcing myself to drink water!.
To make it more fun I put grated lemon or orange zest in ice cubes!. Or food color in the ice cubes!. (Gotta drink it fast though!.!.!.otherwise it doesn't look too pretty!.lol)

eight glasses of water is suggested, avoid carbonated beverages, coffee, powdered juices!.!.
try this tip:
1!. as you wake up in the morning, before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160 mL of water
2!. brush and clean mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3!. after 45 minutes, you may eat and drink as normal!.!.
4!. after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch, and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours!.!.

The general rule is eight 8-oz!. glasses!. That's an awful lot of water! If you carry water bottles with you everywhere you go you'll drink a lot of water before you realize it!. Athletes should drink more water!. I think couch potatoes need less!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
