Question: Are pancakes a healthy daily breakfast in my case!?
I'm thin and I need to put on some weight before college, do you think pancakes each morning can help me!?

They will help you gain weight, but are definitely not healthy!. A large breakfast , of eggs, whole grain cereal, and fruit will help you gain weight and be more healthful!. Be careful, a lot of ppl gain weight, anyway when they leave home and go to college!. Then it's hard to take off,leading to health problems later!. Unless you are involved in athletics, you will probably find yourself gaining weight , as you are spending more time physically idle, in classes, or studying ,etc, plus the increased access to fast foods , maybe alcohol, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
