weetabix was actually invented by an american and is comprised mostly of wheat!. Its shaped into small ovals that you can cover with milk and eat as a breakfast type cereal!. They are often inexpensive I think the food catergory would be hmmmmm Grains and legumes!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
