Is steak in freezer for 3 months , still good to eat?!

Question: Is steak in freezer for 3 months , still good to eat!?
it's been in the freezer 2 days after it's been cookedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It should still be safe to eat, but if it has "freezer burn" (ice crystals and surface crystalization) the flavor will suffer!. When I freeze cooked steak, I first cool it to room temperature!. Then I wrap it as tightly as possible in plastic wrap!. Then wrap in aluminum foil and label the package (what it is and the date prepared)!. I then put it in a zip-lock baggie and seal it, squeezing out all the air!. That stops the freezer burn!.

yes it is fine to eat!. I have kept meat over a year in freezer with no problem!. If by chance it would have freezer burn ( there will be a white spot if it is ) just shave it off with a knife, only problem would be lack of taste but no harm to it, but seeing only 3 months I doubt it would have any problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah I think 3 months is fine!. I think it's even fine up to a year but may start to taste a little freezer burned after 6-9 monthsWww@FoodAQ@Com
