Were my meals today healthy?!
breakfast--> a granola bar and a peice of bread
no lunch, or snacks
dinner- a little peice of steak w/ some A1, a small twice-baked potatoe, a roll, and some dessert [yes, it wasn't that great for you-- light cool whip w/ a pudding mix, walnuts, marshmellows, and pineapple =/]
drinks: milk w/ a carnation breakfast mix, waterWww@FoodAQ@Com

pretty healthy, but you need more to eat!. try eating eggs for breakfast(or just the whites-only about 17 calories in one egg white) that way you get some protein to jumpstart your metabolism!. and drink some orange juice (vitamin c)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Obviously the dessert was not healthy!. Everything else was!. But your eating habits themselves are not healthy!. People think its good to skip lunch, wrong!. You are better off eating 5-6 small meals per day than eating the way you are now!.

Hav a nice big breaky!.!.!. (breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince & dinner like a pauper sorta thing) Snack more on fruit (speeds up metabolism) More green veges!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
