All i eat is bread??!
umm yeah lol!.!. it seems like all i want to eat is hotdog buns lol!. i dont know why but i only eat the!.!. i take vitamins but i wont eat anything else but maybe a peice of meat!.!. and maybe a carrot!. then i will drink lemonade, coffee, or water!.!. how much weight will i lose!?!? is this normal lol!.!. cause im serious i dont know why i keep eating bread!.!. my mom calls me a bird haha!.!.

well you might gain weight because of all the carbs you are eating from eating all that bread!. you need to eat a variety of foods each day, but that usually doesn't happen with us 15yr olds lol!.!. eat more things besides bread like fruit, veggies and dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You need to specify how much bread, meat and carrot you are eating at each meal, and how many meals you are having each day!. Eating an entire bag (6-8) hotdog buns will not add up to the number of calories you need in one day, and definitely will not supply the nutrition you need as an adolescent girl!. Vitamins are a supplement, not a replacement for vegetables!. If you're not going to eat meat, you should investigate protein alternatives as it is very unhealthy to eat nothing but carbohydrates!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If u like that try to eat WHEAT BREADS, THEY PREVENT FROM GAINING WEIGHT IN ADDITION OF THEIR QUALITY ON REGULAR BREAD!.
