what do i do to motivate myself!?!? anyone in the same postition as me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
just get up and go for a walk once!.
while out on your walk, pick out a few positive things!.
then keep those positive things in mind for the next few walks!.
and you will have fun walking before you know it!

Oh, you are so bad!. Up until I was thirty, my life was what you describe!. Dripping, gooey cheesesteaks with EVERYTHING at 2 in the morning, with promises of aerobic self-flagerations in the morning!. No way, man!. Young, metabolism going a 1000 mile a minute, nothing to worry about!. Turned 30, went from 160 to 200!. How's that for a wakeup call!. Took my own before and after pictures and been chasing that "young stud" ever since!. Haven't caught him yet, but hope springs eternal that I can still, one day, fit into one of my pants from years gone by!.

Don't mean to patronize but there is no quick fix!. You just gotta decide you want to!. Every one and their 3rd cousin could give you a million different ways to get motivated and stop and start and on and on!. But at the end of day, you have to decide you want to and then the how parts no big deal!. You're asking for the how part without having dealt with the "want to" part yet!. Again, don't mean to patronize but tackle that first!.

Good Luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
