It's just a different spelling!.

The word started out in Turkish, with a funny symbol!. Trying to translate it to our alphabet, different people use different letters to try to get the same effect of how it's said in Turkish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

with the "h" is the british spelling!. it's the same item though!!
