Answers:
If you want bread to keep for a week not in the freezer then you'll have to buy sourdough or better still make it!. Yeasted bread won't keep for a week!. I wrap mine in cling film, the only way for it to be fresh is to heat it up again before eating, this restores the starches to how they were when they came out of the oven!. The starch crystals in the crumb change over time!. This happens faster in the fridge so don't put it there!. You won't be able to keep a good crust and keep the crumb moist though!. I hope that helps!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wrap your bread in tinfoil and put it in a ziplock bag!. Then put it in the freezer!. Be careful! This only works for about a week and a half!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
