Question: A good wine and sides to go with lasagna!?!?
im making some dinner!.!.!.!.anyone have some good stuff i could add to the meal and or a good wine or drink to go with it!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Assuming that this is a meat, red sauce and ricotta lasagna would go best with a light dry red, such as: Chianti, Pinot Noir or a Beaujolais!.

Sides recommended:
Zucchini fried in salt, pepper, garlic, basil and olive oil!.
Good homemade garlic bread, lightly toasted!. (best with clarified butter)Www@FoodAQ@Com

small bowl of cubed watermellon

Garlic bread , midium size cubes

Wine of your choice
(semi-sweet red wine-w/be my choice)

goblet of sparkling spring water

I don;t care for much wine, I hate grapes, anyway I tried some 100% Blackberry wine that is awesome with pastas!. I would recommend it to anybody!. I think it's (sp!.) Manoschevitz!. Try it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
