Eating healthier overall will increase your energy!. Get a good breakfast in you, eat whole wheat breads, good proteins and good fats (nuts etc) throughout the day!. Split up the meals into 5-6 as opposed to 1-3 and definitely try drinking more water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
