Question: Is fruit as healthy grounded up like in a smoothy as healthy as fruit in whole form!?
I love to make my own smoothie and they taste sooo good!. I'm wondering if it's as healthy!. I basically put bananas, yogurt, sometimes strawberries and other fruits in my smoothies!. I just hope I'm not eating more calories!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

if u add things in it like milk yogurt and such u r adding more calories!.!.!. but u r still eating ur fruit it depends on how u make ur smoothy!.!.!. do u add sugar to it them it won't be as healthy if u make a low fat and low cal smoothie then ur good enjoy ur fruit it is a good way to get ur fruits down!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Calorie and food intake are exactly the same as if you just ate the fresh fruit!. except for the milk, if you use milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

smoothies r healthy but if u take the fruits as a hole without blending them in the blender its healthier!.
