Are eggs suppose to be kept in the fridge or not?!
When you buy them in shops they are on the shelf!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always put mine in the fridge as soon as I buy them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eggs you obtain from the shelf are generally freshly harvested!. Practically, by keeping the eggs in the fridge, you prolong the freshness!. The shells of the eggs have a protective layer to prevent the eggs to get bad!. However, the moisture in the air and elements can destroy this layer over time fairly rapidly!. Thus, it is better to keep them in the fridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
They are better at room temperature!. The egg shells are less likely to split on contact with hot water but a sure fire way to stop that is to prick both ends of the egg with a needle before lowering it gently into te boiling pan!.
Eggs are fine up to a month after being laid!. They do tend to take on the taste and smell of things around it which is why I always store them on the bottom shelf of my dried goods cupboard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a refrigerated shelf, yes!. They are probably one of those MOST important things to keep refrigerated!. Because even if you cook them and they taste fine, they can have a deadly disease in them called Salmonella!. Always keep refrigerated!.

Yes that's right !. No real advantage at all, but most fridges built with egg racks so we use them !. just somewhere to store the eggs , bear in mind eggs in store are quite fresh, We tend to keep them at home rather longer!. Don't think it makes much difference as long as used not too long after use by date !. Www@FoodAQ@Com
It would be great if all eggs came from healthy chickens, etc!. Refrigerating them helps slow down or stop (temporarily) any germs they may have!. You can leave them out for short periods of time, making sure they're thoroughly cooked before eating them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I put mine in the fridge because i don't use them immediately, that way they last longer, but if your using them the same day then you don't have to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eggs on the shelf are sold rather quickly!. To keep at home more than a very few days, especially in hot weather the fridge is an absolute necessity!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
