Best type of cheese on a ham sandwhich?!
So!.!.!. What's the best type of cheese to use on a ham sandwhich!? Its got wheat bread, a small bit of mayo, then ham and lettuce!.!.!. but what for cheese!? I'm torn between Cheddar and Swiss, but if there are others I'm unaware of, please let me know!. Please help me with this life-threatening dilemna!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like Swiss cheese with ham!. Provolone maybe but I would go with Swiss!. I was going to Swiss anyway!. You have a good sense of cheese!. If that's possible!. Definitely Swiss !. Swiss cheese is hard and does not crumble when the sandwich has been sitting for a couple of hours in the fridge or your lunchbox!.
There is nothing worse than crumbly or plastic bendable cheddar colored cheese!.
Ok if you really are a fan of softer cheese, try sliced parmesan, or some Edam, maybe even gouda!.!.
