When I worked in Japan, I fell in love with "Natto" a stinky fermented soya bean mix eaten at breakfast in Japan, I have found it here in Toronto Canada and still get strange looks from the 2 Japanese store were I buy it!.

I eat it in the traditional way, well almost, I like it on hot steamed rice with pickled ginger, soya sauce and a mix call funikake (seaweed sprinkles) but this would turn most Japanese stomachs a bit of ketchup on mine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm from Argentina so I like putting a fried egg on top of everything, especially steak and beef!.

My specialty, though, is fried egg on Ramen noodles!. Or chili on tater tots!. As you can see, I don't usually throw the best dinner parties!.
