I am sick and cannot taste food. whats wrong with me?!
I am wondering why I cannot taste!. I have had some kind of chest/sinus/nasal congestion for four days and today I woke up and haven't been able to taste my food!. Can anyone please tell me why this happens!? And how can I help it go away I want to taste again!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hey there, there is nothing wrong with u, its coz ur sick, the tongue needs help to taste food , aka your nose!.!.!.!.!. as your nose is out of commission ur taste senses are not working to their usual 100%
For eg when eat a pizza!.!.!. the aroma of the pizza makes it all the more appetizing!.
To improve ur taste when ur sick!.!.!.eat pickled ginger or Japanese gari!.
Try to ease ur sinus !.!. have warm water!.!. soup etc, it will help you a lot and get you better sooner!.
