And I don't like using the egg whites that you get in the boxes from stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I give them to my boyfriend to eat!. But if that doesn't work out, you can use two egg yolks to substitute for whole eggs when baking!. You do have to use them pretty soon after cracking the egg (no longer than 3 days) though!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make egg yolk cookies:

Recipe makes 60 servings

Egg Yolk Cookies

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy!.
Separately, beat egg yolks and add extracts!.
Add beaten egg yolk mixture to creamed butter and sugar!.
Blend well!.
In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and cream of tartar)!.
Add dry ingredients to creamed butter, sugar and egg mixture, mixing until well blended!.
Form into balls about the size of a walnut!.
Roll balls in sugar, place on greased cookie sheet or parchment lined cookie sheet, and slightly flatten!.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on desired softness/crispness!.

Then if have absolutely nothing to do with it, then make leche flan! It's a kind of custard, made of egg yolks with milk and sugar, steamed until it's firm!. I don't have an exact recipe, but my grandma always makes some!. It's good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always use the whole egg, when making omelets!. The yolks can be stored in a tupperware bowl for a day or two but no longer!. Use them in cakes or stir fry rice or noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
