Answers:
I never used to eat breakfast and when I started I had that sick feeling in the morning!. It does go away but you have consistently eat breakfast!.

You have a food rhythm, just like you have a circadian (sleep-wake) rhythm in your brain!. This needs training to eat in the morning and can take a week or to do so!. Your body is not used to eating in the morning so when you do have breakfast it just sits in your stomach making you feel sick!. The food rhythm makes you hungry at similar parts of the day everyday, and as I said, needs training!.

Another possibility is that you may be eating on the move or that you do some exercise shortly after eating!? This would divert blood from your stomach to the working muscles and as result the food just sits in your stomach!. To counter this wake up a bit earlier, eat then get ready for the day!.

Your body is simply used to "running on empty" at this time of day!. Please persist until you get over this temporary challenge!. I used to feel this way until I developed the habit of eating within my first 1/2 hour of waking and I've stopped eating late at night, now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Insead of eating nothing why dont you try eating some fruit or something or have a fruit smoothie for breakfast!? then your tummy isnt empty but you havent got that "full feeling" either!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
