Add some fruit juice and make it your main meal for everyday!.
Change sausages to bacon, boiled to poached or scrambled, beans to spaghetti, tomatoes to cucumber etc!. when you get bored!.
Lunch - dried fruit and nuts, an orange or a small baguette!.
Supper - mug of broth, stew or chunky soup!.
Use this as standard but add variety and I see no problems!.
This will give you the energy you need, you can burn it off during the day!.

Once a week!.!.!.it's okay!. Not the best thing, but if it is a treat or the worst breakfast you have all week!.!.!.then it's pretty good!. But it's hard to tell from the info given, because it depends on how things are cooked, and what ingredients go into each recipe!. And it depends on your personal health, what you need, what you are trying to avoid!.

And you may use a lot of salt in this meal!.!.!.and there may be some hidden sugar in the beans and sausage!. And depending on portion size, this could be quite a large meal!. Everything seems pretty beneficial, except the sausage part!. Keep that once a week!.Keep the eggs three times a week!.Though they may have high cholestrol, they benefit you much more then destroy you!.It provides most of your daily nutrients in just an egg! Pork is really not very good for you, and you have to much protein!. You have eggs that have protein beans that have protein and sausage!.that has protein Eggs are better without the yolk!. The cherry tomatoes are good, but why for breakfast!?

i know that the last three are very good for you!. your supossed to have eggs, beans are a good source of fiber and tomatoes along with all fruits and veggies are extremely good for you!. sausages im not sure about, my weight trainer has told me that red meat isn't the best, and if its fake sausage im sure its bad!.!. but if its oven baked its obviously healthier then pan fried :]

Sausages, no matter what sort, contain quite a bit of fat!.
The Eggs help balance this out!. Protein is an excellent thing to have for breakfast!

I have a breakfast of some sort as it sets you up for the day!. Nothing wrong with that!. But i would not eat Richmond, Pork Farms, Wall's, Bowyers and most major supermarket sausages as they are made by Kerry foods ( Rubbish ) Full of fat and rusk!. Where's the meat !?Www@FoodAQ@Com
that's relatively healthy for you but sausage isn't that helpful!. Eggs are in all cases going to be healthy!. Beans are healthy as well!. Tomatoes are amazing for you like the other two!. Try adding a new meat to the group, maybe something like ham or turkey sandwich Www@FoodAQ@Com

your breakfast should always be good and hearty because thats what starts your day out!. as long as you're not eating huge through out the day and you burn off the calories then its a great breakfast!. it starts your metabolism and gives you more energy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
